Collected information is strictly used for portal authentication, role-based access control, grant compliance reporting, and issuing certifications. We do not sell, rent, or trade participant data to third-party commercial vendors.

All transmitted data is encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). Session data is handled via secure browser storage and protected cloud databases.
